Jeff has held real estate leadership roles within healthcare as a trusted advisor together with retail organizations affording him a unique understanding of the internal workings, environmental and regulatory concerns often found within those organizations. At a high level, he has led and managed the vetting and approval process within these politically charged environments yielding him exceptional results.
Jeff’s education includes attending California State University, Los Angeles to complete his undergraduate degree and continuing on to Pepperdine University, where Jeff attended both the nationally renowned Graziadio School of Business and the Caruso School of Law.
Jeff has an impressive 25 year career in Real Estate spanning licensure in three states (California, Ohio & Florida).
Michelle Ellison

Michelle grew her passion for real estate beginning with her first investment property when she was 20. Shortly thereafter, she invested in her second property utilizing substantial capital gains from an investment in the Yahoo IPO in 1996. Her finance acumen greatly increased and proved to provide profitable returns across many platforms. After these successful investments, her passion for real estate blossomed.

She has concurrently sustained her investments in real estate with multiple properties realizing substantial investment gains. Michelle has an innate ability to assess overall market conditions and identify ideal properties in order to reconcile client need.
Michelle's passion for exceptional customer satisfaction is defined by successfully identifying the best transaction at the best time for her clients.

Her corporate experience includes an impressive tenure of more than fifteen years as a senior manager for a health system overseeing capital projects and leading teams responsible for seeing through multi-million dollar projects, yielding her in depth knowledge of the capital project cycle and appropriations.

Michelle obtained her Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance from California State University, Sacramento.
Barbara O'Hara
Licensed Associate
Barbara brings a comprehensive background in project management and leadership in healthcare, bio-medical research, higher education, and public safety. Amongst her most recent engagements, she represented a client on a new Academic Health Sciences Campus, coordinated efforts for the client with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders all on a green-field project that included new College of Medicine, Biomedical Research, Vivarium, and Cancer Center buildings as well as several off-site Medical Office Buildings.
Barbara’s experience included engagements such as jail expansion, public safety complex (EOC, 911 center, crime scene process center), and a health and human services campus. In addition, she spent several years in the Office of Management and Budget in Central Florida.
Besides handling special capital projects, Barbara’s work history includes overseeing daily business operations, county-wide budgeting, strategic planning, security & safety, leasing advisory and assistance, property management, and facility planning.
